noaliasmike 0
Easyjet have a sale on that ends at midnight tonight if anyone is feeling impulsive. 20% off quite a few flights. On that note I just managed to get some cheap flights to Madrid. Looks like Real Madrid are playing Malaga whilst I'm out there. Can anyone recommend the best way to go about getting tickets for this? Gracias.
Brock Manson 0
Madrid is a great city. Definitely preferred it to Barcelona as there wasn't some spanish chavez trying to pick my pocket on the metro. Some great little sleepy tapas bars just off from the main plaza where all the locals hang out that show the games if you can't get a ticket. We watched the el Classico in a packed out pub, was a mental experience. There were only a small group of Barca fans and they were going crazy. noaliasmike 0
Sounds great, I really can't wait to go. Where did you stay? There seems to be 2 areas (relatively close to each other mind) with lots of places of interest. There's what I assume is the main city centre part, and then there's another area quite close to the Bernabau which also appears to have quite a lot of things to do and places to see. Just debating where about I should book the hotel you see.
Brock Manson 0
We were going as cheap as we could so were in hostels. Some pretty decent ones in the city centre, but can't for the life of me remember where we stayed. It was walkable from the main bus station though. Second night we were there we stayed in a hostel right on the outskirts. Dirt cheap but took about an hour to get into and out of town, plus it was full of immigrants living there. Dirt cheap but definitely wouldn't recommend!
Hoon 0
servicaixa.es should sell tickets. I bought Atletico ones off there. Tickets become more available closer to the time though. Stay in or around the Sol / La Latina / Opera triangle of Metro stops. Enjoy, it's a lush place.
