:lol: It was very nice actually and richly deserved.

 

Quorn sausages, grilled bacon and tomato, and beans.

 

Egg and mushrooms gently fried (gently sounds healthier) in a tiny bit of olive oil.

 

So pretty health really. :)

 

Aye you keep telling yourself that CT :lol:

 

That bacon looks like you have just shown it the grill :)

Healthy(ish) fry up:

 

Grilled bacon

Poached eggs

Toast

Beans (because you have to have beans)

Grilled Tomato

 

Washed down with a banana, oat, honey & soy milk smoothie. Delightful.

 

I have a similar one of them every morning.

 

Banana, Strawberry Honey & Soy

 

LUSH!
