Only seen one of those.

The Kings Speech.

As I said in the film thread, the fact that it beat Inception, Toy Story 3, Social Network and True Grit to loads of awards will look like Forrest Gump beating Pulp Fiction and The Shawshank Redemption...or Driving Miss Daisy beating Do The Right Thing...an absolute aberration.

The Tree of Life was a funny one. Not sure it was a good film like but interesting way of telling a story. Bit disappointed with it's metaphysics tbh.

I was dissapointed with Melancholia and to an extent TOL but the sheer bravura of TOL made me go back and watch it again. There's that whole universal womb section and the boiling lava and so on...that is hynotic and really bends what a narrative film can be.

Watching 'The ides of March' tonight.

Need to catch up on Moneyball, Girl with the dragon tatoo, 13 assasins and 3/4 others.

The remake of 'The Thing' was a little dissapointing as was the Rise of the Apes...Two I was looking forward to.

Of the ridiculous budget variety...Thor was alright if you can get past the cheesy schlock and relentless cgi.

You can find Headhunters at the usual sources now with decent srt. subs.

No We Need To Talk About Kevin? Or Senna? Or Hugo? Or Tinker Tailor?

Not seen any of them myself like, but seem to have got raves.

Not gonna bother with Hugo. I just don'T like the smell of it.

TInker Taylor is on the list....

You are the first person I know that has said "I am No.4" is good.

Terrible reviews.

I honestly really enjoyed it. It had all those teen movie bits in it that you can laugh at plus great monsters. Wildly underatted fun film.

Thought Puncture was alright. I'd have to have watched 10 movies or less for it to crop up in a top 10 list though.

Great conspiracy film based on fact and a good knock-about and flawed lead character with bigger muscles than you. ;)

Walked out of Toss of Life; agonising, self-fellating hogwash.

The dir is at that stage in his career.

The making utterly shit films stage of his career (I normally like his films)? That bit with the dinosaurs man, I was actually laughing at that point.

Agree with most of the others though (of the ones I've seen) but would have The Skin I Live In on the list.
