Bought an unwanted upgrade smartphone off ebay couple of years ago and signed up with GiffGaff . That's all I want on a phone, I don't want it to suck me off and buy me an all inclusive in Turkey! That's exactly what I would like from a phone! I'd even tackle a 24 month contract for that like. The network is important like, cos they all come up with their own slightly tweaked versions of the firmware - plenty possible for one to have fucked something up. Just checked my data allowance (I get 500mb a month), and since I upgraded to ICS and set my phone back up the email client has used 1.2GB of data. I love having the latest phone etc but just can't bring myself to pay a £36 a month contract instead of the £15 I currently spend on pay and go on my iPhone 3G. I mainly use tapatalk, make calls, texts and twitter etc so can't see the point.
