So, by this very post, you admit you will not be able to state "as fact" that Ashley's term at the club was a success or not until it's over. No I'm not bothering to do that anymore, just like I'm not bothering to get into actual discourse with you. Both avenues lead to madness, you see. You don't possess the necessary faculties to engage in a genuine debate and you manufacture opposition opinions that bear little, if any, resemblance to the opinions held by the people who try to argue with you. For what it's worth, I think if you dropped all the attitude and opened your mind a fraction you'd see that you share a similar view to the majority of people on here. I knew you wouldn't keep up the self appointed policeman role for long either, as soon as you realised that most people have agreed with me for all these years, that replacing the old regime would in fact be a very difficult task, and one that Mike Ashley would never accomplish. Such posts are indeed all over this message board, posted by the vast majority of posters. The vast majority of people seem to agree with me too, that Andy Carroll has made a good move for himself, and the club is not backing its manager and showing the ambitions they should.
