Kitman 2207
Well, by attaching "for sale" tags to everyone of value? Someone reckons Tiote is our golden calf and tries to flog him by means of quite obvious reverse psychology.. Last years window it was carroll, now Tiote is being groomed.. I haven't seen any quotes where he's doing that though
ewerk 31225
He knows what the situation is at the club. If someone comes in with an offer like the Carroll one then they'll be sold. Just stating what we already know.

Do you understand how press interviews work? Someone asks Pardew a question about Tiote. Pardew answers this question about Tiote. Pardew is not randomly making a statement that Tiote is for sale. In a way I prefer him being honest and saying that every player has his price as opposed to his previous "100%" assurances over the likes of Carroll. LeazesMag 0
http://www.sundaysun...79310-29806164/ Pardew also told the Sunday Sun there will only be TWO players coming in during January. A deal for Sochaux’s Modibo Maiga has already been wrapped up while a defender may also follow him into the club. “We’ve looked at the African Nations Cup and we’ve looked at the next window,” added the Toon boss “I think the maximum we would do is two players in. “That would be our maximum. Then if anyone left, it would be a third.” and that's the Carroll money gone folks.

LeazesMag 0
Been to the pub again Leazes? here they come. Are you in cahoots with Gejon and sharing his lemonade ? Please, make an intelligent post - if you can - and specifically tell us what you disagree with and why, concerning these sentiments expressed by myself and sniffer here ? The Fish 10972
I have done, so many times I've literally lost count. Everybody has answered your questions. The thing is Leazes, it's pointless. You'll ignore whatever is written and continue to witter on regardless.

LeazesMag 0
I'd like to know exactly what Fish says "witter on" means ? Does he mean being absolutely spot on and correct for over 4 years, despite self-proclaimed knowledgeable people like himself saying that I was wrong for all that time ? One thing is for sure, if I do or have been to the pub, I wouldn't drink the lemonade that he is on. Edited November 21, 2011 by LeazesMag

That you make up positions for other people. That you dismiss other's opinions as nonsense. That you refuse to back up your positions with evidence. That you have no concept of irony and repeatedly accuse people of things you're guilty of. That you don't understand straightforward arguments. That you can't use punctuation properly. That you have no opinions about anything other than how the current ownership compares to previous regimes. That you trot out the same lines in every thread that it's entirely possible to play "LeazesMag Bingo". Oh and that it doesn't matter what anybody says, how simple anybody makes it, or any evidence to the contrary, you will NEVER change the way you post or the beliefs you hold. That you refuse to back up your positions with evidence. you should tell people to stop saying that I "witter on " then, and disputing the facts, for instance, when I have been shown to have been 100% correct I will dismiss an opinion as nonsense if I think it is nonsense, the difference is, if I am proved to be wrong, I will admit it rather than "witter on" and avoid it. The evidence you speak of - is it a simple matter of the new owner has got nowhere near matching the champions League and european qualifications of his predecessors, the 5th highest league position in the country over his ownership, from a starting position of an established top league side rather than one with one foot in the 3rd division, sub-20000 crowds, a cow shed of a stadium and a failed share issue that couldn't even raise half the sum that we got a few years previous for the transfer of Gazza ? If this is not the "evidence" you speak of, please tell us what it is, or stop "wittering on" about a load of crap.
The Fish 10972
You see, even in that post, you'd done exactly what I've accused you of. You've made a point of trying to talk about the regime. Where I specifically spoke about you, the way you post, the way you don't understand how an argument should be structured, that you can't fathom punctuation and that you say the same shit in every thread. Kitman 2207
that crystal palace defender looks a gem. perfect signing imo. Isn't he a right back though? Might make sense to sign a new left back and play Santon on the right.
Lake Bells tits 1
Well...Santons true position is almost a thread of its own isnt it? Regardless... well yeah, but I guess in the grander scheme of things, if santon on the left makes this bad boy slot in on the right, all the better for it... JawD 99
I do admit to be nervous about the situation of both Colo and Tiote. Colo not signing a new contract and Tiote being sniffed around amid Pardews usual "there is a price we will sell at" line. If you ignore those two potentially disastrous moves, then bringing in a forward and ideally a full back or centre half should see us maintain a decent run for the rest of the season and hopefully sneak into a European spot.
