Tempted to go & visit a friend in Leeds with a few of the lads for a night out but I'm not sure I can be arsed or if I want to spend the money.

So I might just watch the football all weekend and play fifa 12.

Going away for a short break away with a girl I've been 'getting on with'. Left things for a bit as it seemed too soon after my separation and wasn't sure how my ex would react as well as the kids, but as my ex had a date the other week then its all systems go! :naughty:

Get yourself out on the tache man Thomas.

Might do, might not!

Skint but they reckon it's going to be a cheap affair, one lads driving then cans in flat with fifa 12* then out for the night :scratchchin:

*Oh how it haunts me!

Jesus, good luck kitman! be sure not to cheat and catch a bus like that fella from Sunderland did like!

Cheers TM. Unfortunately with the state of Auckland's bus service I'm going to have to run it!

Which is the same weekend you had planned alone, but with booze and mates.

Get gone. You might wake up tomorrow dead ;)

I'm off to Morocco tomorrow then walking the Sahara for the week from Saturday. So not much really.

What's all that about, you crazy bastard? Is this an organised trek for charity or something?

I think he's doing it for Macmillan cancer care.

Jesus christ man what a waste of a weekend! Surely you can find something better to do like playing fifa in your pants with tissue mountain piled up on the table next to your laptop with youporn.com loaded up? ;)

Going to do a bit of cooking - Thai Red Curry and a Chilli. Also, might get to the coast with the dog as it's meant to be going to be a nice weekend.

I haven't cooked a curry for a canny while, not really adept at Thai, I've only used the jars of paste and I've no idea how it compares to the real thing at a restaurant.

Use the paste as a base, nowt wrong with that. But adding lime leaves or kaffir leaves and making a lemon grass broth for the sauce makes a big difference.

I usually use pastes for curries tbh. Then I tart them up a bit with a few extras. Including extra chillies. Bought a chilli plant from Sainsas which is doing canny well. I thought it would die after a fortnight.
