LoveTheBobby 1
Just been listening to an interesting prog on 5 Live on PL American owners that looked at branding and finance capers . Wasn't too heavy duty in terms of listenability and worth giving a go . Called " Americans - Dream Owners ? " should be downloadable as a podcast here as of later tonight http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b0169qds

I'm far from up to speed/capable/that arsed about the topic in relation to my own real-world existence really but having listened to it I'm still at a loss as to what he's doing up here . Howmanheyman 33827
If they go they must be barred from cup games and anything to do with English football, European competition, everything. The CL is already a joke until the knock out stage, ditto the Europa league, nobody gives a fuck, same clubs playing each other, dead rubber games etc, they'll kill themselves through greed although Ting Tong in the far east and lucky George in Timbuktu will love it at first they'll sharp get sick, but not as quickly as the home based man U and Chelsea will. 2

I read somewhere they reckon they’d be making £400M a year each or something from tv rights. No fucking way. As you say it’ll quickly be dull as fuck, 16 teams and 11 cannot be relegated how long will it take before one of them clocks on that they don’t have to buy players it’s Mike Ashley’s fucking dream that. On top of all that those big games that they’re building this into wont be big for long as they’ll be weekly occurrences. I agree that they should be banned from everything, so when it does go tits up they’re fucked. The players should also be banned from internationals, it’d never happen, but that would make a fair few think twice. I welcome it to be honest, not sure if they were asked but a side like Spurs are doing the right thing by staying clear.
