Aye, he's donating his fee to The Jude Brady Foundation; a charity that is dedicated to raising awareness of stillbirth and neonatal death.

Apparently his brother was stillborn when Kieron was 7.

That midfield made up of him, Speed, Robert and Solano was mint.

Just the presence of Bellamy, Dyer and Robert on the pitch meant the back four were under less pressure for set pieces. Terrifyingly fast on the break. Also, Dyer and Solano just seemed to have a telepathic understanding at times.

Dyer and Bowyer... not so much.

you have to wonder how much his life style off the pitch contributed to his injury record. no one is that unlucky.

i caught a bit of i'm a celeb yesterday and saw him saying something to ant and dec about newcastle's lack of chances of ever winning silverware.

If you're watching Im a celeb , he's mentioned the toon a few times, and no other clubs. He definately shares your view Alex (apart from the cheek bit). The silverware comment is too true isn't it? I think he's still black and white.

I think once his injuries kicked in, he instructed his agent to make him as much money as possible out of however long his career was going to last.

Certainly looks that way.

For two seasons he was brilliant for us, I will never forgive him though for his part in Bobby Robson's departure from the club. He was the catalyst and in the end destroyed a young team that could have seriously challenged for silverware for a good few years.

The little cunt.

I feel it is the latter that is the truth, hence why he is on that monotonous TV show trying to save face. At the time he was the rising star and held quite a bit of respect in the dressing room and a lot of players listened to him. Him spitting the dummy out was a catalyst for unrest in the dressing room. I remember that Boro game well.
