conceding 4 goals to norwich - fucking NORWICH - is just not acceptable in my book. Im not blaming perch - he is doing his best with he limited means he has been given - I am blaming Pardew for starting him.

It was very poor to concede so many but in terms of the defence, not sure he could have done anything else other than start Kadar. Which doesnt make him a shit manager.

Agreed, we were just a total shambles when it came to set pieces. If Colo and Taylor had started we'd have won that game IMO, there'd have been no chance Holt would have had 2 free headers around the 6 yard box if those two had started.

I don't rate Perch one bit but people really need to calm down about Kadar he's no world beater himself but there must be a serious event of MENTAL degradation going through Pardew's tiny skull since he isn't even considering him.

I know it's backfired badly, but could Norwich have been Pardew's attempt to get Perch "in the shop Window"? I mean if you're going to try and get rid of a dodgy defender, playing them against an average side isn't the worst idea.

What if we had played someone like Henderson and Folan??? Wouldn't it kinda be like when Liverpuddle was giving Flanagan and Robinson a chance. I bet they'd give a 100%...

They haven't even got squad numbers though. And Folan's just back from (yet another) injury.

 Just because these kids are in our youth squad does not make them ready for Premier League football, man. Remember Matty Pattison? He was a similar situation and he was fucking SHITE in every game he played. He probably gave 100%, he just wasn't good enough. Much like the majority of our youth squad won't be.

Sochaux
striker
Modibo Maiga
is due to travel to
Newcastle
on Tuesday to undergo a medical test ahead of a move to the
Sports
Direct
Arena
next month, according to reports from France.

The Magpies were linked with a move in August for Maiga, something that resulted in an internal suspension for the striker. Newcastle were then reported to Fifa by Sochaux over their alleged approaches.

The 25-year-old is expected to move to the Premier League in a deal said to be worth between 7 and 8 million euro (£6-7million) and the Mali international will sign a four-and-a-half year deal with the club.

Maiga has scored four goals in 10 games for Sochaux this season after 15 goals in 36 appearances for the side last season.

Sochaux are now expected to begin their search for a successor to Maiga.

I can't say I've ever seen him play but Carr has earned my trust with his scouting in recent seasons, that's not to say he's going to get every one right but he'll get the benefit of the doubt on whoever he brings in next.

Fingers crossed he's someone Ba can work off.

Getting the deal sorted out early so he can cover for Ba when he's away to ACN.

Oh wait, he's off to it as well. <_<

If he is deemed better (by the management/scouting team) than some alternative who isn't in the ACN I'd rather have him and lose him for a little while, lets face it, it's unlikely Mali will be out there for long and his signing isn't just about January.
