Couldnt go a game without Tiote booked.

Going to be a big pain again this season. We're a different side with him in the team, he takes a lot of pressure off the defense.

Vuckic talks goals, then scores goal. A special goal apparently.

That is a fantasticc goal from Vuckic, he bobbed and weaved before curling a superb shot into what US fans called the upper 90

You won't see many better than that this season.

Cant get too excited about beating a shit American side who had their 3rd choice keeper playing until he was sent off in the first half, ah well it will probably send Parsnip into raptures.

At least no fucker else got injured.

Definitely not, but it sounds like it was a marked improvement from our other US games. As well it should have been with a pretty strong side out. Wonder what sort of team we'll see against Leeds. I'm guessing the player of note who were sat out from the last reserve fixture plus Joey Barton will come into the side, with a few of those from the Columbus game rested completely or at least on the bench.

To be honest I would rather send the reserves to Leeds and keep the remnants of our First XI fit and well. Exactly which dopey cunt arranged the wanky USA Tour and followed it up with a friendly against a side most of us hate remains to be seen, but it was obviously done by a weapons grade fuckwitt.

Mind you there are a few of those about at SJP.

Apart from the usuals, its nice to hear that Vuckik and Gosling seem to be playing well and will be in and around the first team squad next season. Also the new lad Albeid?? seems to be getting some good reviews.

Now if we could just get this striker business done and the left back slot sorted....

From the Colombus website pmsl

Who is Newcastle United?

Newcastle United Football Club (NUFC) is located in the city of Newcastle upon Tyne. The city is located in Northeast right on the Tyne River, which flows out of the North Sea. NUFC was founded 118 years ago in 1892. That’s 102 years before the MLS was even thought about. That same year, NUFC moved into their home, which still stands today, called St. James’ Park. Today, this stadium holds around 53,000 people and is the third largest stadium in England behind Old Trafford of Manchester United F.C. and the Emirates Stadium of Arsenal F.C. The average attendance this past season was around 48,000 people. Newcastle United Football Club is nicknamed “The Magpies”. A magpie is a bird of the crow family. In Europe, a magpie is believed to be one of the most intelligent of all animals. NUFC is also known as the Toon Army, which originates from the Northeast European pronunciation of town.

Aye can just hear them wandering the streets of Kiev, Kishishev and Moscow muttering about the toon eh? Yanks man  they are sooooo ignorant it's funny.

I think Ba & Gosling will have decent seasons.

Credit to Vuckic for a great finish too, still can't believe he's only 18!

Merveaux with some nice touches and corners there too but Gosling looked like he had a blinder.
