I might be wrong, but I think you can, I got one for Mrs Jimbo for xmas, and when you connect it to a pc via USB it appears as a drive and when you explore it there is a folder structure, so I assume you could drag and drop files on to it.

I thought you did, hence I'm not bothering. If you can drag and drop music files, I'd be interested. Have they fixed the screen yet?

If you want to drag and drop music on to an ipod for it to play, you need a program called Anapod explorer, if you drag and drop music into an ipod without it, it won't be able to play them, but dragging and dropping files to use as storage should be ok.

I think !

I've had one from day 1. Screen has been fine. Apparently they come with covers now though.

Unfortunately a lot of my music seems to be in WMA format though - are these easy to convert without loss of quality?

I think you may lose some quality, but whether its noticeable or not is up to you.
