Christmas Tree 4920
Our lass usually does most of this stuff. I like a nice brew and used to love Tetley. When we were first married, young and skint she used to buy a box of Tetley about once a year and then top it up with the cheapest bags she could find. Anyway I had the honours today and bought Twinnings. Very nice. Also bought about 6 packets of biscuits (something we rarely have) and have been having a nice dunkathon. Not really fussed about coffee however we usually have a jar of Nescafe kicking about.

Gemmill 47084
Yorkshire Tea is the only tea worth getting imo. Much better than your PG or Tetleys.

Meenzer 15869
I thought this thread was going to be about coffee but then CT mentioned Nescafe. This is my supermarket coffee of choice, anyway - it's a good compromise between price and flavour. Not massive on tea in the traditional (i.e. rebranded as "English Breakfast" ) sense, but if I'm going to have it then it has to be strong. None of this "dunk a teabag in water for 10 seconds then top up with half a pint of milk" nonsense that you get when it's some people's kettle rounds at the office. I'll more often end up drinking something wanky like this though.

Guest alex
I like Twinings and Yorkshire Tea. Shame that the former stopped making the stuff locally and moved production to Poland.
