Monroe Transfer 0
And Elmander is a Galatasaray player now. Out of that list, I'd (realistically) have Ba, Reo-Coker, and I'd offer LuaLua a new contract. Trochowski, Vicente, and Santana of the European list. KeithJ 0
Vanden Borre for me. I think he is young and would be a good signing. He was very highly rated when he was younger and would be good competition and cover for Danny Simpson. He is a good passer of the ball and got great vision. Pity we didn't have a good striker otherwise we could have a team haha!
duo 0
Jose Boswinga would be top of my list. Danny Simpson has done ok - but we really need a quality DR.

NobbySol 7
You've got lua lua out of contract 2011 on this thread yet opened a thread before saying he has on until 2012! Doubt the credibility of the source, assisted by the fact I think it's absolute bullshit that Ba is going to be a free transfer.

Ally 0
Why on earth would Klose or Upson agree to a pay as you play deal? Woodgate or Hargreaves because of injuries but they are both regulars at their clubs and countries!

Klose has an offer from Bayern for another year with an automatic extension of another year if he plays a certain amount of games. He hasn't signed yet and is looking for other options as he wants a 2-year deal. I doubt a "pay as you play deal" at Newcastle is exactly what he is after... I would quite like to see the likes of him or RVN here but at their age i cant see them really starting alot. Does Klose start often?

Billy Castell 0
Getting the Irish keeper from Coventry too, who we were linked with(another free transfer). Kieren Westwood. Pretty good keeper from what I have seen. Not as good as Given in his prime, but better than say Almunia. Ruud V-N has signed for Mallorca, or some other Spanish club.
