I've got 250 followers now, and follow 260 stars, news links, and people (if they're lucky). What you need to do is start adding things so you get a regular flow of crack on your wall. On my home page timeline, it might say a journo hasnt tweeted for 6 hours however if I actually click on their name it shows two tweets in the last hour. Do some of them just send private tweets? You need to refresh your timeline First of all, even when I refresh the latest comments dont show up and usually it does it automatically. EG If i have a chrome tabs open for toontastic and twitter, when a tweet comes through a 1 0r 2 etc will show in the top of the twitter tab.
