Maybe these disagreements on here between those in favour of Ashley dying in a helicopter crash and those not in favour, are just a result of us all being affected by the tension of wondering which of our "solid foundation" is going to be the next one to be sold ?

Leazes, let's be honest. The only reason you are here is because every other Newcastle supporting Internet forum has banned you.

You are fighting all your old battles with today's ghosts...."who is he on skunkers, Newcastle online etc".

You virtually never contribute to the match thread or start posts about whose been playing well etc etc or who a realistic good target should be.

You are just a constant depressing noise that has continued to poison threads, even after the banning of your arch rival.

I honestly can't think of anything you say or do that relates to supporting Newcastle United 2011.

Stop sniping you hypocrite.

I'm only banned on NO [like dozens of others] because lets face it, they're a bunch of bairns still in short pants.

Ref the bold bit - how about just paid 1360 quid for the next 3 seasons and magpie mover for next season [assuming you know what the magpie mover is] ?

I don't contribute to the match thread because I'm at the match :D and if you look at the thread last week about who to buy, I've said who I think we should buy with the money from Carroll ?

Is there any chance of getting them ? None whatsoever. Hows cloud cuckoo land these days

That's one thing I'm very positive on.

And I'm sorry but Chez just scrapes into Team Positive on merit. He's blatantly clueless when it comes to politics and the economy but on Newcastle matters his glass definitely leans towards half full.

I don't think Chez would say the glass is half-full or half-empty. I think he'd say the vessel is twice as big as it needs to be.

The key message from the 'who was right' thread was that with CT and Leazes scoring so well, the summer is far from predictable.

do I get 3 points for predicting Mad Jock wouldn't reply to me in the post he started, or has he got until September 1st January 31st ?

:D He'll get back to you at the end of the 5 year plan.

:D

What i mean is that if it does turn out to be shit as i think the majority are predicting, its not a foregone conclusion looking at it now. In the same way that if it turns out well, you cant blame people for expecting and predicting the worst.

Agreed. There can be no talk of solid foundation until at least Barton and Nolan have signed new deals. If they manage to get Jose to, then I'll be genuinely impressed.

If all all three are NUFC players next year with one or two quality players added I'll be impressed too and will genuinely give the club credit where it's due.

I'll not hold my breath.

Aye if we manage to hold onto Barton, Nolan & Enrique, buy a decent striker and central defender then I'll be impressed and will give Ashley, Pardew et al due credit.

I'm far from convinced it'll happen though.
