Ditto Keegan with Ginola - not exactly players signed for their work ethic or brilliant attitudes. Work ethic is one thing, attitude is another. You don't have to get on with everyone but HBA has caused a stink just about everywhere he's been. There's also the fitness issue. It's certainly debatable as to whether they'd have signed him. I certainly think they'd have gotten more out of him than a more rigid manager like Pardew though. KK especially. Look at how he got Viduka, Martins and Owen playing as a genuine front 3. It was very clever because Keegan spotted that Owen still had good movement and could finish but was better arriving late from deeper positions because of his lack of pace / inability to play on the last defender. What he needed was good man management and sadly we didn't have the manager to do it. To be honest it seems that he has moved on, as should everyone else.
