ajax_andy 0
Was wondering if anyone has used any dog kennels around the Newcastle/Gateshead/Prudhoe areas and can recommend one? Dont want a horrible place, but equally on a tight budget, so cheap but nice would be great (if there is such a thing?)
JawD 99
I've used two in the past. There was a cheap one up near Otterburn but I couldnt receommend it. We left it late and was a last resort. Was only like £15 a night or something. The I used most of the time was AAA pet centre in Washtington. Excellent facilities but not the cheapest. They have different levels of kennel from standard to fucking stupid (carpet and TV, no shit!). You get something like one walk a day but pay more for an extra walk or a play in the paddock or ... a cuddle session (the dog, not you). Bit of a piss take imo, but the standard ones etc is fine and its a good set up.

Haha well if they threw in a cuddle session for me it'd be a good incentive for me use them, but if its just for the dog then no dice! Is £15 cheap? Bloody hell! I wasn't expecting it to be that much for expensive lol Edited April 13, 2011 by ajax_andy
JawD 99
Oh it gets expensive like. Especially if you're away 7-14 days.
Jusoda Kid 1
Kevin will look after it for you for free, but expect its arsehole to resemble a wizards sleeve by the time you get back off holiday, no extra charge for that though.

Meenzer 15870
My folks have always used Home From Home at Heddon on the Wall for their cats and have been very happy, pretty sure they take dogs too but no idea about costs. Which is useful obviously.

Christmas Tree 4920
Get your lass to drop it off at the RSPCA saying she's found it. I think they have to allow 14 days for the rightful owner to claim before moving it on. Jobs a goodun!
