Potato Fries I think you call them? there is a two places here in Portland that I know of... San Francisco and Boston had a couple good places to get some... Most places do serve "shoestring" fries or maybe they should be just referred to as "kevin" fries... also having a deep fryer in my house that i bought from a restaurant helps...
