Wales v England

Can international football go rot for a minute? The most interesting ending to a premier league season for years, and we miss it for a week so England can play Wales of all people. This just proves that the home nations with England is pointless, 9 out of 10 times we'll win it. And the other 1 maybe Scotland or the Republic (who shouldn't be in it anyway due to not being a home nation) would win. Boring

erm... we HAD to play them - it was a Yuropean Championship Qualifier

but I agree that it should nail up the idea of any regular friendlies against the dross from the Celtic fringes

Well obviously, but it's still boring, club football>International football, by far. Yeah, it's not as if we class them as rivals or anything, even if they class us as their main rivals

These International breaks prolong the season, which means you won't have to wait so long between the end of this seasona nd the start of next season. I thought you'd be happy with that, seeing as you can't stand to watch England.

Good point, it's not a can't stand sorta thing, it's just nothing on club football. Besides, I like watching USA more than England, don't support them obviously, but it's nice to see a bunch of players going out there and giving it all for their country. Plus Clint Dempsey is a beast. Still support England mind, they just anger me
