Anyway, like someone else was saying you're probably fine if you keep schtum about it for a private holiday (you can't tell me all the charvers who go to Vegas or Florida are all squeaky clean) but when it's a more high profile event like this tour then the media would no doubt be itching to tell the US authorities that Wor Joey or whoever has a criminal record. I think (stressing I'm no expert) you can fill in a visa waiver form if you haven't got a criminal record.
