I'm struggling to see what asking a question about the weather has to do with an earthquake like.

The huge impact of raindrops causing tectonic plates to shift, obviously :D

88,000 reported missing. Apparently they've had 5 aftershocks in the last hour or so each one reaching 5.5 on the richter scale. :D

I also asked about changing weather patterns and climate change also.

Man your an argumentative prick.

Quite sad really that you have to resort to pulling other people down on the internet everyday. Your life must be so interesting...Not!

Watching it on the news now here in NZ - pretty scary. We're on Tsunami alert too.

You poor bastards have already had you fair share of God's shitty hands once already this year. Surely you're not going to have to go through it again? :D

Woke up this morning and it looks like we'll be spared thankfully. We're being told to stay away from the beach and out of the water, which means your average Kiwi will be running towards the beach with his surf board under his arm :D

0850: Japan's Kyodo news agency reporting that four people have been injured in an explosion at the Fukushima-Daiichi plant.

0857: The BBC's Nick Ravenscroft was on his way towards Fukushima, but about 60km from the plant was stopped by the police and told it was too dangerous to proceed. He says there is lots of traffic coming in the other direction. Authorities in vehicles with sirens are making public announcements to the crowd

Ouch.
