LeazesMag 0
If you back up a film to a hard disk, how would you burn it back onto a DVD at a later date, if you need to do it ?
Kevin 1
If I was to rent some DVD's, how would I copy them to my hard drive and burn them back to a disc, in the hope of making a profit? FYP.
Happy Face 29
Nero's your best bet.
Tooj 17
Define "back it up" Leazes? Do you mean ripping them to say avi format on your hard-drive? If that's what you're doing then use ConvertXtoDVD to burn them back to disc.
LeazesMag 0
Nero's your best bet. OK, I can backup some films on my hard disk - and a portable hard disk too - in case I lose them or something [they are copies and I'm not really 100% confident about the longetivity] , but my question is this. If you backup music files, you can burn them via Nero, Roxio or whatever, so what is the equivalent of the .exe file to run a DVD and burn it to a disk from the hard disk ? It's just not something I've done before. If you copy a film [which is what I'm referring to] I use DVD shrink but it is all done automatically, I want to retain the files in case I need them in the future to burn another disk ? @yourservice 67
Just use Nero and go into DvD, DvD-Video - then drop your files from inside the DVD Shrink folder (your backup) into the VIDEO_TS folder in Nero.
