Run twice a week atm and try to get to the gym on a weekend. Will prob do more when the mornings/nights are lighter. Do a 10mile hill walk about once a month as well.

That's one thing I regret about living dahn sahf. The area round here's nice and hilly which is good for a stomp around on the weekend, but the odd park aside, it's not exactly picturesque. Would love to live near interesting countryside again to give me the motivation to get out and about a bit more.

Walk outside to get the newspaper every morning (it gets thrown on the driveway)

Do knee-bends at least once a day when I go to the netty (sometimes twice a day)

Do sit-ups every day to get out of bed and put me socks & shoes on.

Walk a fair distance every day (to the stove, fridge, netty, recliner-chair, bedroom (not forgetting for the newspaper)

Do finger exercises on my remote & keyboard (not forgetting the phone)

 

How often do you tug yourself Noelie?

 

Just trying to get an idea for when I hit your age.

 

Is 'tug' a new way of saying wank?

If it is then I'm not sure, never good at arithmetic, always had to count on me hands. :(

Depends on what shift I'm working, it's a pain in the arse fitting workouts into shift patterns. I'm on nights this week and have been surprisingly good though, only missed Tuesday. Desperate for this to be the year that I actually start enjoying it. Its shit rolling out of bed after a nightshift and having to get myself looking presentable to go down the gym, there's too many fit lasses down there to go in lookin' like a bag of shit. I need my own private set-up tbh, I've already got a weight bench but nowhere practical to put it. Bought on a whim and never constructed. Ffs

Few on here need to get a fucking life looking at their routines. Going to the gym any more than 3 times a week is fucking sad imo, unless your training for an event or a fat fucka like Christmas Tree,

 

I just go in my lunch hour at work. It's better than being at my desk, and the lads I would go and sit and have lunch with are at the gym as well. Adds nowt onto my day though basically.

Fair enough if thats the case, I'd probably do the same if I had a gym at work and I got a dinner hour.

Tuesday - 1hr - 1hr 30

Wednesday - Rest

Thursday - 1hr 30

Friday - 1hr - 1hr 30

Saturday - 2hr

Sunday - 3hr

 

To be specific :D

 

three hours on sunday makes it look like over training. you'd probably benefit from a second rest day given the hours you're putting in the rest of the week. good work though. you must be pretty lean

A lot of technique work in there so not too demanding.
