I am off to Fallas errrr Dallas in June to have a look at the "assassination" scene.

 

Seriously, you need to visit the Sixth Floor Museum at the Texas book depository building at Dealey Plaza, the whole area is pretty much unchanged since the assassination, its a fascinating place to go.

 

I am looking forward to it. The USA doesn't have much history but I am trying to see all of it. Off to the Alamo too! Via DC :D

4 nights in Dallas 4 nights in San Antonio 6 in DC. Flying from Humberside as I am to lazy to drive down to Heathrow again.

To be honest, I was quite shocked how close the position of the kill shot was to the building when I went, they have an X marked on the road.
