I know people in real life who co-opted the Gervais laugh in an attempt to be 'cool', this was when the Office was running. So you can't escape the nauseating sound of his fake mirth. Tbh I can't remember many paedo jokes but maybe I just didn't notice them or he wasn't doing them so much then. Just remember laughing uncontrollabely pretty much throughout.
