aimaad22 4156
Not too far fetched though I reckon we will still drop points at home. As for next season. I can see us loosing Tiote and Enrique with the club saying they were powerless to keep them... Seems to be the thing on everyone's mind! We'll survive this season but its not a big deal because there seems to be little hope of retaining our players in the summer, let alone adding quality ones. OTF 7295
Away from home? Nae idea, we've only scored 10 away all season. At home we should be alright and when Shola comes back from the US with his special mask we'll have a few more options. Shola's mask is going to be awesome btw. Heres hoping. OTF 7295
Shame we can't bank some of these points for next season. If we could I'm sure it would just trigger Ashley to sell more in the off-season.

Confused by that statement considering we've scored 42 league goals already this season and only Man Utd (57), Arsenal (56), Chelsea (46) and Man City (43) have scored more. Deano 0
So its mid February and we are sitting in 9th. A very nice place to be in our 1st season back. Im not suprised though some will be, alot thought we would go down again. 2 or 3 wins away from gaurenteed safety and a very good chance of finishing in a european place. Would complete a dream 1st season back. We are capable. The next four games will be crucial, we can gaurentee safety and really show our intentions for a well placed finish. Of course there is still some very tough games to face but i really do think we will finish the season strong and finish in a european spot. How do you think we will do? Bolton @ St James....BIG WIN Everton @ St James....Tough WIN Stoke @ The Brittania....Battling DRAW Wolves @ St James....BIG WIN Villa @ Villa Park....DRAW Man Utd @ St James...Spirited LOSS Blackpool @ Bloomfield Road....WIN Liverpool @ Anfield....Heavy LOSS Birmingham @ St James...WIN Chelsea @ Stamford Bridge...LOSS West Brom @ St James...BIG WIN 20 points, some big results and some expected losses....few games in there which will be tricky but im confident that the squad will do well and with Ben Arfa coming back soon we will really finish strong. 55 pts at end of the season. Typically in last 5 years 7th has been slightly more but in which has been a strange season it could be enough.
Dr Gloom 21921
Optimistic. We're bound to go on another winless run again before the end of the season. I think we'll end up with 40 odd points and a mid table finish, which will be a great effort despite the best efforts if the fat man to take us straight back down.
