But think about it, if you hadn't of left, would the score of turned out the same. I mean like every action has a consequence... think about it.

We only die because we accept it as an inevitability :razz:

You shouldn't be asking that. Planting the word medium into his head. "Is that as a large meal, sir?"

Try again.

Nee shame in it at all to be fair, the first half was the most painful I have seen, no heart at all.

I feel sorry for Stevie missing out on one of the greatest comebacks in premiership history......not that you'd have guessed it at half time

I don't mind admitting that I left at four nil. After this week I just had nothing to give with the club offering me nothing in return. I've had a season ticket since 86 and I remember me dad dragging me away early once because we were going somewhere that night but I would never have dreamt I would considered leaving anywhere close to this early. I kept thinking sunderland til half time but anger just overtook me in the end. Am I gutted I missed what followed? Of course I am but I really don't feel bad for it because of the joke of a club I was having to put up with. Massive result for us though and possibly the biggest point of the season.

Sorry, Stevie, but I find that a bit shit. Everyones got their tipping point but not in front of oppo wankers, and wankers they were. Lets put it down to a bad day at the office, I'm not mocking your commitment one iota, but that stuff, nah, not for me, like.
I think Stevie is seasoned/passionate enough to do what he wants without question from certain people.

The very reason I can't believe he did it tbh.

For a man who spends the vast majority of his time posting about how big a club we are and how our fans are second to none, our attendances in 1973 were bigger than yours etc. etc. I just didn't have him down as the type of bloke to leave a game at half time. I'm sure people who have dared leave after 89mins have been scolded by him on numerous occasions on here

Listen you weren't there and baring in mind this is the FIRST TIME I've left at half time in my life, I think I can be excused. It was painful to watch, if that makes me a shit fan then that's what I am, horrible atmopshere, everyone in a shit mood, cunts next to me on about points for their fantasy team with van Persie scoring, I just snapped and that was it. When I was walking down the ramp then down the Gallowgate metro steps, I turned round and no word of a lie it was like full time there was that many people walking under the Milburn tunnel. I was thoroughly depressed with it. Anyway I'll take all the shit that comes my way two things though, at least I admit it cos am an honest person and two laughable that I should take shit off people who don't even go to games, like ever.

Unlucky like Stevie :razz::lol:

I honestly wouldn't blame anyone for leaving at half-time btw, and I even said that at full-time.

I just couldn't take it, am a bad loser at the best of times, but I wasn't seeing us concede 7 or 8 if that makes me a disloyal mug then that's what I am, but this same mug was there in 1991 against Oxford when there was 10,004 people there when NO CUNT wanted to support us, I bet a fraction of you lot were.

Anyway the Daily Telegraph want to interview me about it :( they're not getting my real name, got enough stalkers to last me a life time, so I'm either going to be Steve Marshall-Barnes or Francis Cooper-Brown.

You've summed up my feelings exactly there Stevie

You know what I'm thrilled to bits with what the team did, it's tinged with sadness that I wasn't there to see it like but never mind :razz::(

The Daily Telegraph rang me there, the bloke said he thought my tale was brilliant and he won't take the piss. Gonna be featured tomorrow as the Page 7 fella. Haha he said he'd spoken to someone else who left early but they had fuck all to say. Childish what I've called myself but never mind.
