I'm not really convinced by FCUM. They're doing well because they're successful, just at a lower level. I'd expect a lot of their fanbase to go back to Old Trafford when they begin to struggle a bit more. I hate the fat twat as much as the next man and don't invisage a happy, stable future for NUFC until he chokes on a Fray Bentos but they're the club I was brought up supporting and I always will. Anywa, we can't even organise a coherent and sustained campaign to protest against his ownership so how on earth would our fans manage to set up a football club from scratch? They're not that successful they've been stuck in the NPL for three years in midtable, when the support they get should mean they could easily reach League 2. Anyone with a current Newcastle United season ticket can get into any of the remaining North Shields FC home games this season for 1/2 price (£2 adults, £1 concessions). As usual we continue to let in 16s and under FREE for the duration of the 2010/11 season. This offer starts with this Tueday's home game against Team Northumbria (1st February, 7.30pm kick off).
