OTF 7243
I wonder where the goals are coming from as things stand. That defence won't keep many clean sheets imo. Right on both counts I'm afraid. Also worried about the mettle of the side when things inevitably aren't going well and there's a few injuries to key personel along with the inevitable suspensions Tiote will pick up. OTF 7243
If we get Barton out and Enrique sold for 10 mill, surely that must free up the funds for a couple of free transfers? I expect we could attract nigel winter burn and dean windass if the money's right..... I hear that Shefki Kuqi is available...

Barney 0
Don't even fucking joke about it. The 's in charge will send Pardew out when they realise that the Turk we've been chasing for months had no interest at all in signing for the club. Pardew will end up talking about the big agents fee's involved in bringing in Kuqi and then mumble something about club stationary prices.

Christmas Tree 4679
Nolan replaced with Cabaye (Improvement) How do we know this yet? I hope he does turn out to be good, but at the moment he still has everything to prove. As much as I'm firmly in Team Moan Like a Cunt Because Your Sick of The Club Being Raped By a Fat Cockney Twat, Cabaye isn't a player I'm worried about. I think he'll be class. Very good Tom,

donaldstott 0
I was thinking the other day about the investment in our forward line. I think the whole spending the money debate was won when Pardew said free transfers are expensive. The only thing that really matter is how good the squad is come 1st Sept. The players we've brought in look to be top draw. If we can add Obertan and a striker, I'll say its a success - not a great success, but if you look at the mid-to-bottom teams - none have improved. If we lose anyone without replacing or dont bring in another striker its a fail.

snakehips 0
If NUFC have paid off Xisco's contract, then that's millions out. How much? I don't know. And, despite folk refusing to acknowledge it, millions have been spent on agent's fees and signing on fees for 'free' incoming transfers. How much? I don't know. However, after taking the above into account, I'd hazard a guess LardAsh is still doing reasonably well
