Meenzer 15742
I remember the poor sod standing in for John Craven on Newsround who had to be the first on the BBC to break the news, and on kids' TV too. Not exactly 24-hour rolling news...
Jimbo 175
Jimbo, your missus works for NASA doesn't she? They doing anything to acknowledge it? She worked there for 10 years, but not sure if they are doing anything to commemorate it, there has been lots on TV on the local Houston TV Stations but other than that not much, its not exactly the proudest moment in NASA's history which is perhaps why they haven't made a huge deal about it. Guest alex
What does NASA stand for? Need Another Seven Astronauts. Why do the people at NASA drink Sprite? Because they can't get 7-Up.

Jimbo 175
The Columbia disaster was 8 years ago today too, not a great time of the year for Shuttle missions.
