'Kin hell. Please tell me that's photoshopped.

If this were forecast for London it'd be on rolling news cover by now.

Edit: you've set that to km/h and not knots haven't you, you little tinker? :icon_lol:

I’m starting my shift Friday night.

Should be a fun one

Saw a wagon blown over on the other side of the M62 some years ago, was like in slow motion, loads of sparks as well.

Stay safe mate.

Just got one of those government mandated weather alerts on my phone. Useful for anyone who has been living under a rock for the past 48 hours.

Have you let the pigs into the house?

Three came in through the kitchen door and the rest got blown through the windows.

He’s fine,  sure.

Well the lights have been flickering on and off and I was awoken at 5.30 with 80mph gusts. Other than the kids 16ft trampoline heading over the fence (that I assured the wife wouldn’t move) things aren’t too bad.

Pleased to hear you're all OK. I was out first thing this morning putting the garden furniture and anything that looked like it might take flight in the garage. The dog's paddling pool (yes, the dog has a paddling pool) has gone in there too cos that fucker takes off and could brain someone.

Not as badly as a trampoline mind you.

It's meant toe be 72mph gusts here now, rising to 78 for a couple of hours at lunchtime, then gradually dying off. Wind is proper stress weather. I've convinced myself the fences are coming down and the roof's coming off, and I'm just sat here waiting for it to happen.
