wykikitoon 20813
This guy has made me laugh over time. Last night he was getting interviewed by TalkSport and the chat of Charlie Adams came up (who sounds a cunt). He said "A bid of £3.5m, are you pulling my plonker" Now, that aside, I am starting to get bored of the shite he is banging out. "Ive got the easiest job in football" "These Premiership faries asking for more money*" *Errr Charlie Adams got a double wage 12 months ago according to you, and now he is wanting it doubled again?? COCK!
Kid Dynamite 7182
I quite like him. Doesn't buy into the hype and has got people like DJ Campbell outplaying people like Fernando Torres

Guest alex
I like him as well but I think he's starting to play up to his character a bit rather than just being himself, if that makes sense.

Is he? Or is he just getting more coverage by the media than he was at Plymouth Argyle? I would rather have had him here than Pardew tbf.
Sonatine 11578
Needs to be careful he doesn't head down the Phil Brown route, but he's harmless enough at the minute.

Or a bit of both
Kid Dynamite 7182
Just reading up on him, he's got 3 deaf kids. When he was manager at QPR he used to commute 250miles everyday to work so that his kids could go to the best deaf school down South. He also had to nurse his wife through cancer. Deserves a bit of a purple patch imo. Sounds like a nice bloke.

He is a sound bloke and he does make me chuckle, I like the no bull approach, but I think some of his recent mutterings are getting the same and shit

I think his wife is deaf btw and it's a heriditary thing as I've read about it somewhere. Anyway, he's done some great things this season but the real test will come next year. Even if they stay up this year and go down next season he'll have done a fantastic job though I suppose.

Guest You FCB Get Out Of Our Club
I like him as well but I think he's starting to play up to his character a bit rather than just being himself, if that makes sense. Aye it does but he is piping down very slightly, I think he's been content being a decent lower league manager, but now he's up in the Premiership, he's had a look around and thinks fucking hell I can do this. He was interviewed a while ago, and the interviewer suggested he was a bit of a character, and he didn't like the line of questioning, he said "I'm not a joker, or a character, I'm a serious football manager trying to keep my club in this league", reminded me of when Redknapp lost it when Rob Palmer called him a wheeler dealer (its on youtube) "I aint no faakin wheeler dealer, I'm a faakin footbaww manager, no faak off". I think Holloway realises he needs to move away from being seen as the joker if he wants a bigger club. It's strange how amazing he's done at Blackpool, he had far more resources at Leicester and took them in to division 3.

I remember the day he got the job Fry and he walked out of his car 50 yards to the entrance dancing and singing Simply the Best by Tina Turner. If I had to go for a pint with two PL managers it'd be Hughton and Holloway.

I think the PL should be make them install one if they stay up this season. I said this to my mate. £50m quid windfall and they dont have undersoil heating. Yet my mate said thats bollocks, why should they be forced to have it just to be in the EPL. Its not like its a H&S issue.

Ive got no idea how much it costs, like. Its just letting the fans down that travel there and the game gets abandoned 60 mins before KO.

This was debated on Radio 5 (when the bad weather was causing them to cancel so many fixtures) and the crack on there was that it costs about £500k. wykikitoon 20813
£500k for a Premiership team or even a Championship team is nothing tbh. It must cost more in postponed matches?
