Phil 6
Don't know why Xisco isn't given a chance. He did more than Best did when he came on against Villa. I can only imagine he has some sort of payment trigger in his contract or doesn't try in training. I'd like to see him given a proper go, as I thought he's played decent in the very few chances he's had. He didn't look the fastest, but seemed to chase after everything, which is a lot more than Shola and McLoven do. Oddly Hughton kept playing him on the wing. jaythesouthernmag 0
Think we can forget about Xisco, Lovenkrands aint prem class and Best, well certainly doesnt live upto his name. Reckon Ranger needs a chance but we are screaming out for a mobile, nippy striker,LB cover and a winger. Hang on to Carroll, flog Pearch,Gutherie and Smith and that will do me. LB cover and striker are priority

Ayatollah Hermione 14075
Ideally, we'd be getting some canny left-back cover in. Perch shouldn't be cover for anywhere in the side, god bless him.

Phil 6
Kadar plays all across the back and has played left back before. Being played out of position doesn't count. He's a centre back. N'Zogbia played left back for Newcastle and France U21.

What exactly could he have done differently? Watch it again. Kaboul won the initial header and wasn't tracked. http://www.goalstube.com/504090/Tottenham_...highlights.html Lennon is too quick to mark tight. Ayatollah Hermione 14075
He was giving Lennon about 5/10 yards of space everytime he had the ball, man. I'm sure he's a lovely lad but he's not any attributes that makes a Premier League full-back. He's not even strong or quick to make up for it. That's Perch btw, not Maldini Edited January 5, 2011 by Ayatollah Hermione

There's a happy medium between getting too tight and dropping off half the length of the pitch. That's hyperbole btw. Stating smith was merely an excessive way of saying how shit perch is. Also he wasn't fine in the spurs game, although marking Lennon isn't exactly easy he was still below what would be considered average

Against Nigeria. Also, if Perch isn't playing out of position, since playing out of position doesn't count apparently, why did he try to tackle Lennon with the wrong leg?
