My brain is sadly going in to work mode thinking about what I've got on tomorrow The only good thing about the end of the holidays is getting back in to a routine cos I've got so much fat to lose. I reckon I've had a drink or ate a take away in 16 of the last 20 days (including the neet). My weights only went up about 8lbs but I don't feel healthy and I look like a fat bastard again. I feel mentally happy lots of good things going on, but physically dodgy and I'm not one of these body is my temple nobheads, but mid/late November I was as fit as I've been for about 8 years. Hardly any fat on me at all. So aye pleased to get back in to routine, gym every day I can, one drink a week, not even drinking at the match on Wednesday, the parties over - hello 2011. Pretty much in the same boat as you with the drink; I noticed on the photos from NY that I've put a bit weight on so I'm going to work my bollocks getting it off. Could have had a pizza tonight but turned it down which is a bit like Keith Richards turning down a speedball so I'm making fairly good progress.
