He called me scum, and has made the biggest nob of himself he possibly could, and Ian Cusack who used to be No1 in the NUSA sent me a message saying he abused his dead dad, and he's always been a heed the baal. Read his timeline on twitter today man. Embarrassing.

to clarify, he's Ian Gilmour; his dad is Frank Gilmour, who is alive & managing the Benton Ale House, who used to be in INUSA back in 1998.

i'm Ian Cusack; my dad was Eddy Cusack, who died in 2009 & has his retirement do at the Benton Ale House (or The Sun as it was at the time)

i drink in the Benton Ale House, so there's no problem between Frank & me; the problem i had back then was with Kevin Miles (who i've known since 1981) & that is all in the past

hope this helps....

I don't think it's appropriate for you to slag Kevin Miles off today when he has no way of retorting. I've met Kevin and he's a nice man. As I said so what if he was in Militant, better than the BNP or something like that, and with nearly 4m unemployed people did desperate things in the 1980s.

i've taken ne notice anyway and replied on his behalf

@themichaelowen @Stueylar might earn his living even if he is a peasant, you just lay around injured like a dla fraudster of epic proportion.

I also entered his "favorite word of the year" competition

@themichaelowen My favorite word is "Injury" since it's associated with you so often =) #thigh #knee #calf #muscle #strain #nufc

Beyond me why you go to such lengths. I'm not a fan of his but I don't quite get the level of hate he attracts.

edit; how can someone with legit injuries be fraudulent?

Did you ever meet Dekka Hatton?

No, I never met Hatton, luckily or unluckily enough..

however it's quite interesting to see how many Miltant full time activists got involved in football; Andy Walsh Chief Executive of FC United is another, as is Bill Brewster who set up When Saturday Comes.

Others include NE playwright (who was guest on pitch at half time in promotion game v Sheff United) Ed Waugh & local radio bloke Andy Walker (not the footballer though)

Actually best footballer i knew in Militant was Tommy Sheridan, but that's a whole different story all together....

Gene/Stevie, I don't suppose you could give me a background of ''Militant'' and what it was?

Just a bit beyond my years!

Thanks!

Some perm haired Trotskyist who drove round in BMW's and Jaguar's with the personalised plate 'DEG5Y' as I recall. Having a perm and driving around in personalised luxury cars being amongst the main tenets of Trotskyism.

He wasn't married to her at the time.

Bear in mind, it was 1982/83 when I knew him

@burnsieben has perhaps the biggest internet meltdown ever! Claiming he's contacted the police because someone's created an account called @bumsieben

What a monumental mong!
