Plus I don't think I care about anything that much. Aye, I use an add-on in my Firefox browser, so it just burbles away in the background and I can take a look whenever I want to. My job has me online for most of the day anyway so it's a pleasant little distraction, just like this place. I'd just fried the onions so I thought the tatys quickly fried in the onion bits with a few chili flakes etc would produce a damn fine result! And it did.
