After 15 minutes a lovely golden brown outer pastry hid a soft gloupy centre. Tried to save by covering with tin foil and popping back in the oven for 15 minute periods but just know way the centre was going to man up. No unfortunately I rushed ahead with this recipe. Still shouldnt have turned out shite.
