That's the problem, it certainly isn't. Its probably not bad tbh i'd assume not the money most managers would've got with us but more than he'd get being manager at any other club that would be likely to give him a job, unless hes going to get a high profile assistants job at the likes of chelsea etc. Basically he's still on the wages he was on as Assistant Manager, £5k a week I believe. He'd easily get more than that in another job. Edit: Given that Ashely gave Keegan a contract worth 12x as much per year then there's no doubt that Hughton deserves a bit more.
