Dr Gloom 23079
sleep is when your muscles recover and grow. you need at least 6-7 a night, ideally more. you can't be getting more than 4-5 hours if you're up before 5am.
Gemmill 48458
That presupposes that I'm not usually falling asleep at about half 9. in bed for 10 last night.

Meenzer 16061
Because I'm the kind of insufferable nerd who tracks these things, I can say with some confidence that I'm now trading at my (joint) lowest weight since I was a teenager, not that you'd know it from the still-saggy belly (damn you, body extremes). Sorely tempted to sack off the health kick for a while and investigate the entire Pukka Pies and Haribo product ranges in minute detail, but I suppose I should try and push on from here. I say embrace it. Sugary junk food is like a drug - once you get it out of your system you can learn to live quite happily without it. Nothing wrong with the occasional relapse - as long as it doesn't turn into a week long binge.
Meenzer 16061
Right. This is my last day at work before a wedding in Edinburgh this weekend, followed by a week in the Eurovision press centre in Vienna with infinite free cake then a week on holiday with the boys in Fuengirola, so I'm going to be a total lass about this (#sorrynotsorry) and post my current weight in here - just under 78kg - in the hope that it'll subsequently shame me into tackling the tons I'll be putting back on in the meantime. I swear I used to have fun, nowadays it's just the occasional Tangfastics blowout.
