why should i? i don't have anything to prove.

you're claiming something, that given the evidence, isn't possible without being bulimic. maybe you can convince me otherwise - how do you lose over two stone while doing no exercise and eating nothing but duck pizza, crisps and other assorted carbs? you should share you secret as you'll likely make a fortune. people want to get results while eating crap and avoiding exercise but last time i checked it's impossible.

you're the only one here with anything to prove. you say you're losing weight rapidly but i probably speak for the majority on here but my mental impression of you, given what you've posted about your diet and fear of exercise and the few pictures you've shared, is that you're a slightly overweight, middle aged man.

nothing wrong with that, just saying.

Just to clear things up for you, Gloomy, CT never claimed to be 5"6 and under 12 stone, what he actually said was his waist was five foot six inches and weighed under twelve stone. :good:

I'm not the one calling someone a liar, that's you.

You might be fit, you might eat super healthy, but calling some a liar shows quite a lack of class IMO.

I don't have to prove anything nor does anyone else who makes any statement on here.

I've offered you the chance to prove it but you have chickened out. If your big enough to call someone a liar you really should have the class to back it up.

As for rapid weight loss I started out in January at 14-7 and I'm currently 11-11. That works out less than 1 pound a week, not rapid at all.

Eating nothing but duck pizza? Most of what I post is salads, soups or home made curries. True I once made Ants home made crisps. Half a potato, microwaved. :)

Anyway, I'll leave the offer on the table for you in case you grow a pair.

If I'm under 12 stone you pay Sir Bobby £50, if I'm over, I'll pay £500

I can't wait to see the picture of the scales with his still massive trotter like feet on them, as he hangs precariously from the light fitting to try and lower the reading.

I was just going to meet a member at Stevie's weigh in station in the Tiwn. I'm sure someone would give up 5 minutes of their lunch to get the foundation an extra £50 or £500

Wearing nothing to try and shave an extra couple of pounds off.

I've never claimed to be a Dr Gloom Nut nibbler, but mince is perfectly fine as part of balanced diet for most normal peeps.

You said " Healthy, Next!"

I'm pointing out to you that almost 50% of its fat is saturated fat.

It's not "healthy ".

Mince is quite healthy and ok on the slimming world plan.

Having home made kebab, bolognese, chilli etc is all fine if part of an overall healthy plan. Which it is.

I think you'll agree that the fact that I've lost over 2 1/2 stone and have gone from being Obese on the bmi scale to a pound off being "normal healthy weight" on the bmi scale is a better position to be in.

Sure I could eat more nuts, suck seeds and use turkey mince but hey ho.

Sorry but I have to say I struggle to believe your weight loss given your diet (with the alcohol intake on top).

Took me probably more than a year of intense gym work and eating ridiculously healthy to lose that sort of weight but you've apparently done it with the 'odd' bad meal and about 40 minutes of exercise in 10 months? Nah

Be at the Weigh House for 8.30 on Thursday morning, which is when I do my usual weigh in, and I'll let them know how you get on. :D

I went for a bit of a stroll this morning and ended up doing 8.3 miles. Lovely day for it though, listened to a few podcasts on the way.
