How tall are you and what weight are you, Sugartits?

I drink mainly water, coffee, whisky and wine so I'm not that obsessed - I don't practice what I preach all the time and I do drink empty calories.

But this is a fat loss thread. I'm just offering advice. You seem to be more obsessed with what I write on the subject than I am about staying healthy.

The point is that it's a common misconception that fresh juice is a healthy alternative to coke or Pepsi. Sure there's no chemicals so it's a better option in that sense, but in terms of sugar it's just as bad plus there's no fibre. It's empty calories. Way better to eat the whole fruit.

Cutting out fizzy drinks and all those sugary juices has been a real eye opener. Fizzy water with a dash of lime or tea only now. Weight came off in a flash. And apart from a run round the lake once a week I don't exercise.

What are 'good' fats?

Things that haven't been fucked with, generally. Nuts, avocados, eggs, olive oil, coconut oil.

Cheap hydrogenated oils that are used in most processed foods are the worst - transfats in other words.

12-4 today but have really struggled to make big inroads during October due to lots of Alcohol.

Trying to up my home gym time lately and have today downloaded an app called 7 minute work out which is basically 12 exercises with 10 seconds rest time. (Makers say it is equivalent to a normal one hour hict routine).

Anyway, the fact it's 7 minutes and doable anywhere should make it easier to try a fit in.

48 in 30 days time and determined to be under 12 stone.

Plank get ups are good too.

I've been doing a cool body weight circuit the last week as I've been away with work so perfect hotel-room workouts for places that don't have gyms.

It goes burpee into push up into tuck jump into a pike into a slow knee to elbow mountain climber into forwards and backwards jumping squats.

That's one rep. Do as many as you can in 60 seconds, rest 15 seconds then go again for as many sets as you can. I usually die on my arse after 5 sets. Only takes about 10 minutes but it's a lot more intense than the way a lot of people work over 45 minutes or an hour on the cross trainer or whatever.
