Healthy living isn't gay renton. I allow myself treat days and booze but like most things, moderation is key and thats why CT is getting stick. he wants to drop fat but clearly his methods are flawed.

What's Flaxseed and what does it do?

It's a super grain. Loads of protein and essential omega fats in it. Has a nice nutty taste and goes well with cereal, porridge, soups and salad.

To be fair he only really had about 3 days worth of calories that day :(

CT, I'm not being harsh but if you, in one day, spectacularly took your diet off the rails with 2 cheeseburgers, copious pints of lager and a Chinese, it's probably not going to last much longer.

Nope, fully back on track today. As Alex reminded me, it's more a lifestyle change than a diet so there will be days when healthy food takes a back seat. Enjoying the healthy cooking too much tbf.

Those baked onion Bhajis were to die for.

And Gemmil, it's a good job I'm not Paully!!

It's a lifestyle change that you clearly aren't making though tbf. Or else why would you have eaten and drank all of that and then topped it off with chocolate cake? :( If the lifestyle change had been implemented, the cake and double cream wouldn't have been in the house.

Oldest daughter who was babysitting had bought it but didn't want it. The alcohol weakened my resistance. (bit like pulling an ugly bird).

Banana for lunch, lots of water and due to have a tuna salad shortly. Be happy just to have maintained last weeks weight loss this week.

Also out for daughters birthday at an Italian tomorrow. Thinking of skipping a starter and going with a cesar salad main.

Normally have bran flakes with some raisins or something.

Keeps me regular

That's why I like my coffee like I don't like my blokes - big, strong and black. Negates the need for hamster food. ;)

I eat healthily and exercise almost constantly but Renton's right, this thread and the resulting competition about whose breakfast most closely resembles bird seed is gay as George Michael bumming Elton John. With his cock.

Tell us about your exercise. What is it that you do?

Renton, were you jogging through North Shields in a pair of cycling shorts earlier?

The silence is deafening.

Wasn't me. I don't do running or jogging. I go to a climbing wall once or twice a week, play badminton occasionally, go hill walking when I can, and do feather dusting. No point in doing an exercise you don't enjoy and anyway I don't have the time at the moment.

The cycling shorts sounds about right, mind. You weren't running for the bus to the cycling wall earlier were you?
