I can eat and eat and eat but never put on any weight, I've decided I must have a tapeworm residing in my stomach for years, I've named him Timothy. Gemmill 44900
6ft 3 and 14st 8. Maxed out at 15st 10 around 18 month ago, and got down to 13st 9, but have gradually put it back on. Gonna try and get down to 14st before Christmas, so I can eat what I want over Christmas and still start the new year closer to 14st than 15. Kitman 2207
This thread is like land of the giants! 5' 8" (with Swedish rounding) and just over 10 of your English stones. Eat what I like and keep myself pretty fit.
Happy Face 29
6ft 5. Weight just under 14. Heaviest I've been my entire life, still a lanky cunt Exactly the same as me. Never given a second thought to what I eat or drink previously. Now i'm in my thirties though the beer gut is starting to hang over my undercrackers so I need to sort that out. Won't go to the gym like....I walk most places as it is and i've halved what I drink over the last year or so which has had other positive effects. My GP said my blood pressure was back to normal last week.....bint had never mentioned it was high in the first place.
trophyshy 7083
5' 10" and 12st 10lb. I have lost almost a stone in the last 6 weeks by following this simple plan; 1. smaller portions and discipline 2. almost no cheese 3. fruit or veg as snacks 4. no beer during the week 5. out on the mountain bike for a couple of hours on the weekend to burn off the beer 6. deal with feeling hungry! Off to SA in 2 weeks, didn't want to be a typical kite flying pom abroad. Edited November 9, 2010 by trophyshy
Christmas Tree 4725
I probably should be 2 stone lighter and at just shy of 14 stone am at the fat end of the scale for me. You know when your at this point when the man boobs set in. You catch a glimpse of yourself in a tightish t.shirt in a mirror and quickly switch into letch mode before realising those protrusions are your own. And let's be honest, who hasn't had a quick feel of their own man boobs. :-)

That's what I've been doing including two banana's they say don't eat banana's if you're on a diet but you they give you plenty energy, maybe what am doing is bad for me but I'm just off food at the minute and normally I'm like a scavenger. Been eating, chicken or fish every day a small amount, and 4 portions of fruit, and thats it, despite probably halfing my calorie in take I feel like I have more energy, because I'm living in the gym, the handles on the cross trainer know my hands better than my cock at the minute. Had about 20 units of alcohol in the last week as well, which again is halfing my normal amount. Edited November 9, 2010 by WDP

AgentAxeman 178
5'9" & 13 stone. I blame middle age spread for this although I really should drink less! Edit: Lack of excercise is also a factor! Edited November 9, 2010 by AgentAxeman

Barney 0
5ft 9 12stone Had a fair bit of weight on me a few years back, but got cat-scratch fever and it came off! I then proceeded to put it back on through complete lack of exercise/eating crap and drinking too much. Over the last couple of years though, I stopped midweek drinking, eat healthy, except for a take-away on Friday or Saturday. I also do boot camp/spinning class 5days a week as well as 2 games of footy and the occassional game of squash. At 29, I'm in better shape than I've ever been-I do enjoy going to the gym though, which helps.
Guest alex
6ft, 12 1/2 stone. (Super Middleweight ) What weight would I come under then? Light Heavyweight? 12 and half stone is light heavyweight. 12 stone is super middleweight. They look a lot heavier than that like but they'll normally have skinny little legs for an athlete. You're a cruiserweight
