luckyluke 2
"There is no malice in Nigel whatsoever," said City assistant-manager Brian Kidd. "He is not that type of lad." I was waiting to see which moronic cunt would be first to come out with this, and Kidd gets the award, hopefully he'll get hit by a car sometime soon and have his own leg smashed and see if he thinks the driver "isn't that sort of lad" Just knew, fucking knew someone would come with that tiresome cliche. Mentioned it just after the tackle. I'm with Wenger, he should get a three match ban retrospectively. Not enough is being done to punish what is basically GBH. Exactly, needs to be sorted retrospectively if refs are two gutless or shit to do the job. And if its a complete horror tackle then the player can be banned till his victim makes his return to football, they'd think twice about snapping a players leg if they themselves would be out for months. Also in similar vein, they can get rid of the stupid fucking rule when a ref completely fucks up a decision and gives a yellow and they aren't allowed to review it. Utterly moronic, it means Felaini against us and Gerrard vs the mackems get away with elbows because two cheating refs gave yellows, just overturn it to reds and dump the refs into league 2. Think they overturned Ben Thatcher's flying elbow to Pedro Mendes a few years ago (was given a yellow by the ref) to a ban for several matches. Should have been a watershed moment but wasn't. Yeah that's right, i remember that one, it was absolutely appalling, though no surprise as he specialised in stuff like that. So if they can do it once they can do it everytime, but that would require them to be capable of doing a worthwhile job and we all know that won't happen. Still eventually one day a player might end the career of a man or chelsea player and all hell will break lose, but until then the likes of us will just have to see our players get their careers put at risk. Tbf a few Arsenal players have been hacked into bits (prompting Wenger's tirade) and fuck all has happened.

True i suppose, and even Chelski mightn't work, but maybe say Rooney at manu, with Fergie going on the warpath might be required! Obviously you can never take it out the game completely as there will always be some players and mangers out to deliberately injure people but if the bans and consequences were incredibly severe, you could massively reduce it. Aye I think that would work. On the basis of his efforts in South Africa it would've been handy if it had happened last May but c'est la vie... Kevin S. Assilleekunt 1
What's the tally so far this season? Nolan cropped from behind vs Everton - no pen Chelsea - Rediculous pen Today - Ditto above and a stone waller not given. What an absolute piss take. RE the Brian Kidd quote. It's things like that that really fuck me off when it comes to football. Dull, ignorant thick bastards churning out the most tired cliches like it's going out of fashion. Can't wait till MOTD tonight when Hansen and Shearer start droning on about 'no malice', 'no intent', 'proper tackle' etc. Why do 99% of people involved in football insist on being so fucking stupid? Sadly football is out on its own in terms of being played by pricks and talked about by clueless fucking twats. Best sport in the world no doubt and always will be my favourite, but so many things wrong with the people in it.

Monkeys Fist 43089
Time to raise the fucking obvious ( to everyone but the FA) solution again. Real time replays, each side having a fixed number they can question. 4th official being able to alert ref to any contentious decisions. Boils my piss that the stubborn fucks won't use it. Kevin S. Assilleekunt 1
I think proper punishment of refs for biased behaviour would do a better job tbh, you could see the ref's face when Lescott felled Ameobi, he just fucking bottled it. Even if today's fuck knuckle gets demoted, it doesn't really help us though does it. The decisions need to be made on the spot, whilst the game is being played. Had that been the case today, whilst we would still have one crocked player, the result would've been very different.
Kevin S. Assilleekunt 1
If there was a genuine threat of punishment for incompetence - although I genuinely think he knew what he was doing today, no way he didn't see that the Ameobi foul was a stone wall pen - I think it would cut out some of the shit. I think the real-time replays idea could work if each side had 2/3 to use per match say. One thing Ferguson is spot on about is that the F.A. couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery. Absolutely incompetent governing body, staggeringly bad.

Kevin S. Assilleekunt 1
The thing I'm more pissed off about is this De Jong tackle is going to be praised by some cunts 'you can't take that out of the game', as Hughton said, it didn't need to be made and he had no control over the outcome of the tackle. I don't want to watch a game of football and see cunts who have intent like De Jong crippling men and inflicting horrific injuries on them. It's meant to be entertainment, if they like fighting so much why not send De Jong, Shawcross and Cattermole to Helmand Province on a special mission pulling IEDs out of the Taliban's arse. KingKev 0
hughton doesn't have the balls to say anything about the refs, hes a fucking pussy and the clubs going to get relegated under his fucking shocking tactics You fucking tit. What are you doing here, seriously? you can't fucking see it? It's fucking obvious. You say this to me come may, eh? Hughton had the balls to take Routledge out of the starting lineup and his tactics were again spot on away from home and should have been rewarded with at least a point. Please fuck off this board. Exactly, this bullshit about intent and not being malicious and the biggest lie in football:"i never go out to intentionally injure a fellow pro" All bollocks, because as thick as footballers are, they all know fine well exactly what the risks are of any kind of tackle and they all know fine well the ones that even if you don't wish a player injury can risk it, so you make the decision to put that players career at risk. We all want it to be combative and have people getting stuck in, but you can do that without the leg breaking tackles, the two footed lunges and people jumping in the air and onto players legs. There's too many player knocking about again who's main goal is to take out skillfull players and either refs or the FA have to grow a pair and cut it out. Papa Lazaru 0
Just read a couple of things on NO, anyone see either? on top of that did anyone notice the high fives with Lescott and Milner as Ben Arfa was waiting to get stretchered off If that's true they are a pair of complete cunts. And another saying that despite the broken leg he still sat up and waved to the fans! If he did, the guy has some guts, most people would crying with the pain i'd imagine. duo 0
I've just seen a clip of the tackle, it'll be a miracle if that legs not broken.
