There is spring onions and they were stirred in at the end, seconds before serving along with soya sauce and sweet chilli sauce. Â It's a great little recipe book I got in a charity shop last week. I don't think Chinese cook very much like we get at the local takeaway or Italians eat like we are lead to believe but what the heck, it tastes nice.
