Just googled the pizzeria - it's pullcinella. They use a standard oven, not a wood burning one, which I usually mark down for. But their bases are huge, thin, crispy and outstanding - as proper Italian pizza should be.

Chilli flakes man... They go on everything now. (And its tuna mixed with home made garlic mayo so loads of taste).
