Dr Gloom 22147
mushroom omlette folded on a slice of wholemeal toast with some of this ....... .......Poured over it. Quick, simple, delicious and good for you. (CT, take note.) I'm addicted to jalapeño hot sauce. Good call
Christmas Tree 4821
Experimenting today Trying to find different healthier things to eat that are quick and hopefully tasty'ish. I quite like various Batchelors cup a soups and pasta. So today I am going to cook some pasta and use the soup as the sauce! Make a little less than a full cup so it is a bit thicker. Anyone tried this?
Tooj 17
Those types of things are full of hidden sugars etc so aren't actually that healthy.
Christmas Tree 4821
Those types of things are full of hidden sugars etc so aren't actually that healthy. 1.7g of fat and 1.7g of sugar so pretty good in fairness. 100kcal for the soup all in all. catmag 337
Why didn't you just tip a cup a soup over a pot noodle then you wouldn't have had the hassle of cooking the pasta? Quick and healthy
Ayatollah Hermione 14051
CT, I once had a pot noodle sandwich at half 9 in the morning and even I was almost sick reading that.

Brock Manson 0
I had a tuna and cheese toastie, CT-style. Buttered the outside of the bread before toasting. Delish but unnecessarily fattening.
