Should be spring onions CT, and only added at the very end.

There is spring onions and they were stirred in at the end, seconds before serving along with soya sauce and sweet chilli sauce.

 

It's a great little recipe book I got in a charity shop last week. Forever buying them but rarely use them.

Managed to find a reasonable priced wok for induction so hoping to do quite a bit Chinese / Asian stuff.

 

Hang on, what were you stir-frying in before? Or was it you who didn't like stir-fries and similar? It so confusing.

I'd advice you to ask for your money back. Chinese don't put sweet chilli sauce nor soy into their fried rice, nor do they fry the egg last with the rice.

I don't think Chinese cook very much like we get at the local takeaway or Italians eat like we are lead to believe but what the heck, it tastes nice.
