Are we totally devoid of them these days?

I notice the MOTM was awarded by the coaching staff and directors instead of "whatever that Insurance company is" thats sponsored it for years.

Looking round the ground I would estimate that nearly half of all the hoardings now display "Spunk Direct" including every one of the back boards in North and South East corners.

I alos noticed that there were no Chronicle adverts which Im sure have been there since the year zero.

Aye thats what I picked up on in my post in the match thread. Wondered that as well as prob the lowest opening attendance in the premiership (for us), has he also managed to piss of the match day sponsor (collingwood or whoever)

No it wasn't, because for a lot of the PL years the ground only held 36,500 :cuppa:

There's a new Barclays advert in the gallowgate carpark. There's a newcastle badge and underneath it says "wear it with pride"

My mate was going off it that the word "wear" was on an advert outside St James'.

Noticed the same so have just checked out the club site (I should get a life I know)

No mention of Collingwood Insurance but clicking on the Club Partners link just brings up yet another error page.

FFS Basic website management should at least check all links work, especially concerning commercial/financial stuff.

What a set up!!
